Processing time: Orders are poured, packed, and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Canada: We ship across Canada via tracked parcel service. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
United States: We ship to the US! The price you see already includes tariffs, so there are no surprise fees at delivery — what you pay at checkout is what you pay, period.
Local pickup: Available in Thornhill, Ontario — choose local pickup at checkout and we’ll be in touch to arrange a time.
Candle care
- On the first burn, let the wax melt all the way to the edge of the container (about 2–3 hours). This prevents tunneling and gives you a clean, even burn every time.
- Trim your wick to about 1/4 inch before each burn.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended, and keep it away from drafts, pets, and little hands.
Wax melts
Pop one or two cubes into your wax warmer and enjoy hours of flame-free fragrance. Swap out the wax when the scent fades. Never leave a warmer unattended.
Returns
If anything arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund. Because our products are handmade in small batches, we can’t accept returns for change of mind — but we’ll always take care of you if something isn’t right.
